Yes, we offer a free tier that gives you access to all of our features. You can sign up without a credit card and start using our service immediately. The free tier is popular, so it may occasionally experience timeouts, and there is no included Service Level Agreement (SLA).

What happens when my trial ends?

If you decide to upgrade your free tier, your data will still be accessible and you will have the option to subscribe to a plan that best suits your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For annual Enterprise subscription contracts, we can also accommodate recurring bank transfers.

When will I be billed?

Billing starts as soon as you choose a paid plan, or after your free trial. You'll be billed on the same date each month. For annual subscriptions, you'll be billed for the entire year at the start of your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you'll retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens if my payment fails?

All our prices are listed in US dollars. If you're paying from outside the US, the actual amount in your local currency may vary based on the current exchange rate.

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Yes, all subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your account settings.
